Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 cup roasted almonds (crushed)
1/2 cup tapioca flour
11/2 tbsp pumpkin spice
1tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup organic pumpkin puree
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/3 cup maple syrup
Method:
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk together until combined. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
