With autumn right around the corner I can already feel the change in the air. The days are getting colder, and while transitioning into the new season my body tends to react with low energy and headaches 🙁 To counteract I love to treat myself with this delicious pick me up berry infused energy drink. Perfect for enjoying in the mornings when you know you have a rough day ahead, or simply as an afternoon energy boost.
For this recipe I used some of Pure’s mixed berry energy blend. It is packed with antioxidants, botanicals and natural sources of caffeine. Most importantly, it doesn’t contain any of the unnecessary ingredients you’ll find in most store bought energy drinks. No artificial sweeteners, sugar spikes, or food dyes. Perfect to re-energize with a clear conscience.
How to make this berry infused energy drink:
1. ) Fill a pitcher/jug with filtered water and add sliced strawberries, raspberries and lemon juice. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight or for at least two hours.
2. ) Add mixed berry energy powder and maple syrup. Stir well until combined and top off with sparkling water. Add fresh berries if preferred.

Berry Energy Drink
This deliciously healthy pick me up berry infused energy drink is perfect for enjoying in the mornings when you know you have a rough day ahead, or simply as an afternoon energy boost.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of pure energy - mixed berry
- 1 cup of fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup sparkling water
Instructions
- In a pitcher/jug mix water, fresh berries and lemon juice. Let sit in the refrigerator for up to two hours.
- Once the water has infused all the berries, add energy mix and maple syrup. Stir until combined and energy drink mix has disolved. Top off with sparkling water and fresh mint. Pour into glass mugs and serve.
