Healthy Valentine Treats

Tis the season of Love. Why not surprise your special someone, family or friends with a beautiful box of homemade truffles, cookies and other amazingly delicious sweets? As always, these healthy valentine treats are free from dairy, gluten and refined-sugars.


What would you rather get for Valentine’s Day? Roses, chocolates, or both?
If I am being honest, I was never really too taken with flowers…I guess I would choose double chocolate. My husband and I don’t typically do too much for this holiday, but it is our tradition to have a really nice dinner together. This year we’ll be dining at the Kitchen, one of our favorite restaurants in Boulder, so I am really excited about that! Aside from that, we have this amazing box of treats we’re going to have to get through.
