How to prepare this simple Matcha Chia Pudding. 

  1. Add chia seeds, cashew milk, coconut milk, vanilla extract, honey, superfood and matcha powder into a large bowl. Whisk until completely combined. 
  2. Refrigerate for about 15-30 minutes until chia seeds have formed a gelatinous coating. 
  3. Top off with your favorite toppings. I used organic coconut yogurt, organic fresh fruit, coconut flakes and a drizzle of honey. ENJOY.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 ½ cup cashew milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp Navitas Organics Matcha Powder
  • 1 tsp Superfood+ Greens Blend (optional)

Toppings:

  • coconut yogurt
  • blueberries
  • coconut Flakes
  • honey

Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until combined.
    2. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
    3. Top off with coconut yogurt, fresh fruit and coconut flakes. ENJOY!
