Here is how you prepare these deliciously beautiful coconut Bounty bars:
- In a small saucepan add coconut butter, coconut oil, coconut milk and maple syrup. Heat over low and stir until combined.
- Fold in shredded coconut and transfer into a parchment paper lined loaf pan.
- Freeze for about an hour. Slice into bars.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil over low heat. Dip coconut bars into melted chocolate and create a pattern by dipping a fork into the top of the bar and lifting again.
