- Take out of the oven and let it cool completely and set in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.
- Slice frozen granola mixture into 12-16 bars and dip into melted chocolate.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

- 2 tbsp chia seeds (I used white chia seeds)

- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
