Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
4 eggs
140 g almond butter
4 tbsp melted coconut oil
80 g ground almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground vanilla
Method:
Combine all wet ingredients with a mixer.
Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into loaf pan (don't forget to use parchment paper) and bake in preheated (350 F) oven for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy! Store in airtight container for up to two days.
