Ingredients
15 medjool dates
1/3 cup tahini
¼ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
3 dairy-free Dark Chocolate
Sesame seeds

Instructions
In a bowl add pitted medjool dates and add boiling water. Soak for about 10 minutes.
Squeeze out any excess liquid and transfer into a food processor.
Add other ingredients and process until completely smooth.
Spread evenly into a lined loaf pan and freeze for about 3-4 hours.
Melt Chocolate gems over low heat.
Cut into squares and dip in melted chocolate. Sprinkle it with sesame and enjoy.
