Ingredients:
1 avocado
4 tbsp unsweetened cacao
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup plant based milk
3 pitted medjool dates (soaked)
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Method:
To soak dates, place dates in a small bowl and fill with boiling water. Let sit for 10 minutes, drain and squeeze out any excess liquid. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer into jars and place in fridge for an hour before enjoying your chocolate pudding. Store in fridge for up to 4 days.
