Ingredients:
250g gluten-free oats
200g almonds
50g flax seeds
50g shredded coconut
50g pumpkin seeds
70g coconut oil (melted)
3 tbsp date syrup (maple syrup, honey)
Orange zest (1 orange)
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium bowl mix dry ingredients.
Melt coconut oil over low heat in a small pot, add sweetener and orange zest. Whisk well, pour over dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Spread granola mixture onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes stirring every 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and let sit for about 20-30 minutes until cooled down. Store in an airtight jar or container.
