Nothing can beat it except for a super refreshing cold brew coffee popsicle. On a hot summer day, there’s better than relaxing in the with a good book on the patio while slowly enjoying a cold, refreshing popsicle loaded with java goodness. How can you resist?
How to make the perfect cold brew coffee popsicle
Pour your cold brew coffee and plant-based milk of choice into your popsicle molds. Place lid on top and place your wooden sticks in leaving about 1 inch at the top.
If you don’t have a mold lid, use tin foil and slice holes in it. Freeze popsicles for at least 4 hours to achieve the best result.
If you have some extra time on your hands, feel free to coat your cold brew coffee popsicles in chocolate. It adds some sweetness and really, chocolate just makes everything better!

Simple refreshing cold brew coffee popsicles that call for only two ingredients and are super easy to make. Perfect as a healthy popsicle alternative with a little caffeine kick!
Ingredients
Cold Brew Popsicles
- 4 cups cold brew
- 1 1/2 cups oat milk (or any other plant based milk)
Popsicle Coating
- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate (or stevia sweetened)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
1. To prepare the popsicles fill your molds with cold brew half way. Fill up each mold with your preferred plant-based milk and freeze for about 4 hours.
2. For the chocolate coating melt chocolate and maple syrup in a small pan over low heat. Once the popsicles are frozen, take out of the freezer and coat with melted chocolate. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
