Homemade Klondike Bars 🤍🍫 Dairy-free, refined suga Homemade Klondike Bars 🤍🍫 Dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and every bit as creamy and chocolatey as the classic, only better! 

Save this recipe
1 cup cashews, soaked
1 can coconut cream, unsweetened 
5 medjool dates, softened with boiled water
1 Bourbon Vanilla bean 

1 1/2 cup chocolate chips, dairy-free
1/4 cup buckwheat groats
1-2 tbsp coconut oil

In a blender or food processor add cashews, coconut milk, vanilla and dates. Process until smooth. Transfer into square klondike bar mold. Freeze for 2-3 hours. Melt chocolate with coconut oil. Mix in buckwheat. Coat vanilla bars in chocolate mixture. Put back in freezer for 5 min. Enjoy! Store leftovers in the freezer.

Made with protein-packed strawberry yogurt, frozen into heart shapes, then dipped in a crisp chocolate shell. They’re creamy, refreshing, and so easy to keep stocked in the freezer for hot days.

Save this recipe
Ingredients
• 2 cups Greek yogurt
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• 1½–2 scoops Collagen Protein powder 
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
• 1½ cups refined sugar-free chocolate chips
• Crushed freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries (optional)

Directions

Mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and collagen until smooth. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
Spoon into heart-shaped silicone molds and freeze for 3–4 hours, until firm.
Melt the chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl over gently simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Dip each frozen yogurt heart into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
Place on parchment paper, sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries, and let the chocolate harden.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy! ❤️#madefromscratch #healthytreats #frozenyoghurt
