Have you tried this vibrant no-bake energy bite recipe yet?
Energy bites are one of my favorite recipes to prepare. They are super easy to make, packed with real and nutritious ingredients, and most importantly you can prepare whatever flavor you’re craving..
Here are some of my top energy bite recipes:
No-Bake Carrot Cake Bites
Raw Donut Holes
Cold Brew Bites
Almond Pulp Raspberry Blissballs
Gingerbread Bites
With warmer days setting in, I find myself craving the fruity flavors of summer. Strawberries in particular make me so happy, they just smell and taste amazing. I thought it was only fitting to whip up some of these delicious strawberry protein bites.
What sets these bites apart from what I normally make is that they are packed with protein! If you’re looking for the perfect energizing snack following a long HIIT training or yoga session, then look no further. In my recipe I used Tejari Strawberry Protein Blend. With it’s natural plant-based ingredients, it is easily one of my favorite protein supplements out there! How to prepare these strawberry protein bites:
If you don’t already have one, you will need a food processor to make this recipe. I use this kitchen aid processor from Amazon. It offers surprisingly great performance at a good price (this is what I use to make my own nut butters).
Add hazelnuts and cashews into the food processor and finely chop them. Add the rest of the ingredients and process into a sticky dough. Roll 1 tbsp sized balls and refrigerate. They are ready to serve immediately and need to be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
To add a bit more flair and flavor, I processed some freeze dried strawberries into a powder and coated some of the energy bites with it.
Seems really simple, right? That’s what I love about energy bites. They really are are simple to make and are such a healthy alternative to sugary snacks.
If you happen to make these blissful strawberry bites, please let me know. I’d love to see what you come up with. As always, don’t forget to tag @delight.fuel or simply comment below.

Very nice recipie indeed! I recommend you using organic freeze dried strawberries, because of the dirty dozen pesticide contamination, if you eat them daily. I have rasberries at hand and will try with them.
