Ingredients
- ½ cup gluten-free oats
- 2 cups plant-based milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Collagen Peptides (optional)

- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt

Instructions
