Hello foodies! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. With all the Christmas festivities behind us we all look for simpler and healthier meals in January. While a yummy blueberry smoothie is my breakfast to go this super delicious collagen peanut butter granola took over my heart the first time I prepared it. It’s incredibly delicious, packed with healthy fats and collagen and prepared in under 30 minutes.
Why homemade Granola?
- Making your own granola gives you the choice of ingredients you prefer most.
- Unlike most store-bought granolas this granola is a lot healthier and cleaner and won’t leave you with a sugar high. It’s prepared with gluten-free oats, unrefined oil and unrefined sweetener.
3. Making a big batch of this granola will last you for a week or two depending on how much granola you enjoy for breakfast.
4. Homemade Granola is also incredibly easy to make and requires only a few ingredients you will most likely find in your pantry. Meaning it is a lot more cost effective than store-bough granola.
Ready to make some?
Here is how:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl add oats, almonds, cinnamon, salt and collagen. Stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl add peanut butter, honey and melted coconut oil and mix until combined.
- Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the granola to cool down before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for two to three months.

- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter, unsalted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1-2 scoops collagen peptides
Instructions
