How to prepare these delicious stuffed dates:
In a small bowl add sunbutter, hemp seeds and collagen powder. Mix until combined.
With a knife spread some of the sunbutter mixture into each date. Freeze for about 2-3 hours.
Melt chocolate over low heat. Drop frozen dates into melted chocolate, coat well and transfer onto a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and raspberries.
Once the chocolate has hardened, enjoy immediately or transfer into the refrigerator.

- 10-15 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup sunbutter
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, stevia sweetened
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
garnish
- pistachios, crushed
- freeze dried raspberries, crushed
Instructions
- In a small bowl add sunbutter, hemp seeds and collagen powder. Mix until combined.
