Ingredients
- 200g 100% unsweetened or stevia sweetened chocolate
- 5 tbsp nut butter (unsweetened)
- 1 cup quinoa pops (or rice crisps)
- 1-2 tbsp homemade date syrup or maple syrup
Instructions
1. Melt chocolate in a small saucepan.
2. Transfer into a bowl, add nut butter and maple syrup and mix well.
3. Fold in the puffed quinoa until combined.
4. Pour chocolate quinoa mixture into a parchment paper lined loaf pan and transfer into the refrigerator to set.
5. Once the mixture has hardened, slice bars and ENJOY!
