Chia meets Chocolate, sounds like a match made in heaven doesn’t it? With just a few ingredients and super easy prep, there’s no reason why you can’t find out for yourself! This delicious keto chocolate chia pudding is loaded with healthy fats, nutrients and lots of fiber. Perfect as a wholesome breakfast option or even a guilt-free dessert.
Have you ever heard of healthy chocolate pudding? Seems too good to be true, doesn’t it? As it turns out there are actually quite a few ways to create an amazingly delicious and perfectly healthy chocolate pudding without having to feel horrible afterwards, and this recipe fits the bill perfectly.
To create this rich and decadent chocolate treat you will need some chia seeds. I was fortunate enough to receive one of my favorite Pure products “Mila” to create this recipe. It’s a blend containing different crops of chia seed and a great source of omega-3s, calcium, magnesium and antioxidants.
Other ingredients you need:
- Avocado – needs to be ripe
- Cacao powder – unsweetened
- pitted & softened medjool dates or maple syrup
- plant based milk – unsweetened
The avocado and cacao add extra healthy fats and create this really smooth consistency that I love so much. With this quick recipe you get everything you need to enjoy a healthy meal that can satisfy those sugar cravings without actually giving in.
If you’ve already tried my other keto chocolate recipe and liked it, you’re gonna love this one too!
