Every single bite is tahinilicious. These tasty paleo chocolate chunk tahini cookies are crunchy on the outside, chewy in the center and super easy to whip up. Perfect recipe to get a fast cookie fix.
Everyone loves cookies and has their own personal favorites. Whether it is a double chocolate cookie, a soft peanut butter cookie or a classic chocolate chip cookie. We love them all.
Tahini cookies haven’t been around that long but they are just as tasty as any other. My absolute favorite combination, tahini with a little bit of salt and chocolate. Perfect flavors for these deliciously chewy paleo tahini cookies.
I have no doubt, they will become your favorite soon too 😛
Like all other cookie recipes I share on my blog these tasty guys are also gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free. A great alternative to the regular unhealthy kind you can buy at the store.
Of course there is always the time factor, however with these guys you really just need a few minutes of your time and one bowl.
Mix all ingredients together and scoop cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 18-20 minutes et voila, you’ll be able to enjoy them with a glass of fresh plant-based milk real quick.
Since I am a huge tahini fan, I love to incorporate it into lots of treats:
- Tahini Caramel Granola
- 5 minute tahini date caramel
- Vegan Salted Tahini Caramel
- Paleo Chocolate Tahini Fudge
If you happen to make this recipe yourself, please let me know how it goes. I would love to see what you come up with. As always, don’t forget to tag @delight.fuel or simply comment below.
