Buffalo tangy, crispy chicken bits with a refreshing slaw and a smothering of mayo dressing, all tucked into a pan-charred gluten-free tortilla.
I could make this dish every night. Super easy and quick to prepare. Best of all, it’s completely gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free.
How to:
- Cut chicken into cubes and transfer into a zip blog bag. Add buffalo sauce, close and mix well between your hands. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Prepare Vegetables. In a bowl add shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, lime juice, mayo, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Take chicken out of the refrigerator and saute over medium-high heat in a large frying pan. Sautee until cooked through and set aside.
- Assemble your tacos. Add cabbage slaw into your soft tortilla wrap. Topp with radish, sliced avocados and chicken. ENJOY.

- 5 gluten-free soft tortilla wraps
- 3-4 radish, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 lime, juice
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (paleo)
- 1/4 cup homemade mayo or store bought (paleo)
- salt and pepper
