Ingredients
1 cup tahini
1 garlic clove
1 basil bunch
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup pinenuts
1 squeezed lemon juice
1 cup water
Method
In a medium pan roast sesame seeds and pinenuts over medium heat and set aside.
Add all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until well combined. Add water for preferred consistency and salt to taste.
Add cooked pasta to a pan and sautée in basil tahini sauce.
