If you are not a PB and Chocolate kind of person and just want the classic, then no worries! Here’s one of my all-time favorite banana bread recipes.
However if you are a chocolate freak like me, you don’t want to miss out on this one. This banana bread is so rich and chocolatey, and with some extra stevia sweetened chocolate chips folded into the batter, each bite will feel like a indulgent tasting experience.
How to make this healthy flourless chocolate peanut butter bread:
- To prepare this recipe, I suggest using a high speed blender or food processor. Simply add all ingredients into your processor and blend for a couple minutes until evenly mixed. Pour your batter into a lined loaf pan and bake in oven at 350F for about 45 minutes.
- Peanut butter is definitely a star of this recipe. I recommend making your own peanut butter for the recipe, but if you don’t have the time or just don’t feel like it, always look for unsweetened peanut butter without any added oils, sugars etc. There are quite a lot of unhealthy nut butters out there and you want to make sure your banana bread is as wholesome as possible!
- For the chocolate part of the recipe I used unsweetened cacao powder and stevia sweetened chocolate chips. If you don’t have any access to that kind of chocolate, you can just leave it out.
That’s really all you need to know. What are you waiting for?
