How to prepare these easy Paleo Chocolate & Hazelnut Fudgsicles
- If you don’t have a popsicle mold already, here is a cheap one I got from Amazon that seems to do the trick.
- In a blender add cashews, coconut cream, dates, hazelnut butter and cacao. Blend until completely smooth.
- Evenly pour chocolate mixture into 10 popsicle molds, add wooden sticks, and set in the freezer for about 3-4 hours.
- Dip in melted chocolate and coat with crushed hazelnuts if you want. If you love chocolate like I do, you’ll not want to skip this step 😛
- Store popsicles in an airtight container or popsicle wrappers in the freezer for up to one month.
Super simple right? you can prepare these ahead of time or make them last minute. Either way your loved ones will be thrilled.
