How easy to prepare these tasty raspberry gin popsicles?
In a pitcher combine, orange juice, gin, water and agave syrup. Mix until well combined.
Feel free to use grapefruit, lemon or lime juice instead if preferred.
Add raspberries and mash a little bit with a wooden spoon. Let infuse for about 10 minutes. Taste and adjust to your desired sweetness (with additional agave syrup). I used a mixture of fresh and frozen raspberries but either works.
Pour the gin popsicle mixture into 10-12 silicone popsicle molds and place in the freezer for about 4-6 hours to set.
Remove from molds. Serve and ENJOY 🙂 Store in freezer.
