I’ve been meaning to prepare these cute little guys for a while now. Finally when my husband made his monthly kombucha and experimented with peach I got inspired. One flavor alone wouldn’t be fun, right? So I decided to make 4 different flavors. Peach, Strawberry, Blackberry and Kiwi. Some of my favorite fruity flavors.
These little guys are fruity, tart and slightly sweet. The perfect gut healing snack for you and your children. They also make for a great afternoon activity with your kids. They will love you for it.
If you love gummy bears but are vegan, here is a simple plant-based recipe using agar powder.
Here is how you prepare these tasty kombucha gummy bears
For each flavor the instructions re the same. In a small saucepan heat fruit over low, add maple syrup and simmer until fruit is broken down.
Purée with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add beef gelatin and simmer over low-medium for about 5 minutes until gelatin is dissolved.
Transfer immediately into a gummy bear mold and let set in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes. Remove from mold and repeat the process with the remaining liquid.
Store in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

- 1 cup kombucha
- 1 peach
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 2 tbsp organic grass-fed Beef Gelatin
Kiwi Kombucha
- 1 cup kombucha
- 1 kiwi
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp organic grass-fed Beef Gelatin
Blackberry Kombucha
- 1 cup kombucha
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp organic grass-fed Beef Gelatin
Strawberry kombucha
- 1 cup kombucha
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp organic grass-fed Beef Gelatin
Instructions
