How to prepare these super easy Clusters
Preheat oven to 350 degress Fahrenheit. Throw hazelnuts onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and set aside to cool for about 20 minutes. Once the hazelnuts have cooled, remove skin by rubbing the hazelnuts between a dish towel.
Once most of the hazelnuts are without skin, add into a bowl.
In a small saucepan heat chocolate over low heat until fully melted. Pour over hazelnuts and mix until combined.
With an ice cream scoop, scoop out chocolate coated hazelnuts and transfer onto a parchment paper. Let sit on the kitchen counter until chocolate has hardened. If you want to speed up the process, let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes up to an hour.
Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
