How to prepare:
In a food processor add hazelnuts, coconut flour, cacao and process until nuts are finely chopped. Add maple syrup and coconut oil and process into a thick mixture. Shape into balls and freeze for about 30-60 minutes. Coat in melted white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts. ENJOY. Store in the refrigerator in airtight container for 1 week.

- 1 ½ cup hazelnuts (roasted)
- ¼ cup 2 tbsp coconut flour
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup coconut oil
Coating
- 2 cups Dairy-free white chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. In a food processor add hazelnuts, coconut flour, cacao and process until nuts are finely chopped. Add maple syrup and coconut oil and process into a thick mixture.
2. Shape into balls and freeze for about 30-60 minutes
3. Coat in white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts. ENJOY
