How to prepare these yummy crispy treats:
- In a small saucepan add peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil. Heat over low until fully combined.
- Transfer into a medium-large sized bowl. Fold in puffed rice until combined.
- In a 8×8 lined brownie pan add rice peanut butter mixture. Spread evenly, then transfer into the freezer for about 1-2 hours.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil over low heat until fully melted.
- Once the peanut butter mixture has hardened, take out of the freezer.
- Pour melted chocolate over the mixture and put back in the freezer until chocolate has hardened for about 20-30 minutes.
- Slice into 16 even squares, sprinkle with flakey sea salt and enjoy.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

- 1/2 maple syrup
- 3 cups puffed brown rice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil

- 1 cup chocolate chips, stevia sweetened
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil

- flaky sea salt
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan add peanut butter, maple syurp and coconut oil. Heat over low until fully combined.
2. Transfer into a medium-large sized bowl. Fold in puffed rice until combined.
